Whether it is for the pleasure of sharing, or just for the day energetically, we are many to drink at least once a day, a steaming cup of coffee. The dark brew that, more than others, accompanies the lives of all people, is prepared and enjoyed in different ways: in Italy reigns supreme l ‘ Espresso while in the United Kingdom or Franceprefer the filter coffee . No matter what the infusion method, what matters is to do it right fully understanding its beneficial properties and organoleptic qualities .
The coffee has a long historyand long-lived, but unfortunately poorly documented. Described in many ways, from the Arabian wine to drink of the devil , the coffee is, without doubt, the most loved and consumed beverage in the world.

We travel around the world in search of single origin coffees unique and valuable with which we create our blends .
Africa, Asia and Latin America are rich lands of coffee plantations that have stories to tell related to the territory, the climate and the skilled hands of the farmers , and we try to put everything in one grain.
We are proud to offer our customers a choice of blends, fruit of our passion and ongoing research of single origin coffee excellence.
Harenna FOREST – ETHIOPIA
Coffee arabica from ‘ aroma intense agrum i and flowers . Balanced acidity with a vanilla aftertaste and hints of plum, cherry and currant .
This coffee is grown in Ethiopia , a country of origin of the cafe where you can still find plants in the wild.
Between the mountains of the National Park of Bale, at about 1800 meters above sea level, shaded by tall trees, arises spontaneously this extraordinary single origin coffees.
The coffee is hand-picked by local farmers, for whom the sale of this coffee is the main source of livelihood.
After the harvest does not take place any Winding or washing of the beans that are dried naturally on the suspended networks (sun). The roasted beans in the sun are crushed with the use of special mortars .
HUEHUETENANGO – GUATEMALA
Coffee arabica from ‘ milk chocolate flavor, honey and cinnamon . From fruity taste with moderate acidity and chocolate aftertaste .
The coffee of Guatemala is among the best in the world. At the foot of the highest non-volcanic mountains of Central America, there is the most favorable area for growing coffee: Huehuetenango .
This thanks to the meeting of warm air currents from Mexico with cold ones coming down from the mountains,
This climate makes the cultivation up to a height of 1900 meters, and it is at higher elevations that you get an excellent product.
Harvesting is done by hand and crafted extracts beans , through a delicate process of fermentation , before being dried in the sun for at least three days.
