Il Pagnotto combines the softness of bread with strictly Italian raw materials. There are four product lines from which you can choose according to the moments and needs. The four lines include thirteen recipes. Il Pagnotto was born in 2013 but the offer is increasingly enriched with new proposals, attentive to all tastes (organic and vegan).

GOURMET LINE

From the Gourmet line we have:
L’EMILIANO: nine-grain bread with raw ham, tomato, sauce with yogurt, flaked Parmigiano Reggiano and salad. Parmigiano Reggiano and raw ham are the symbolic products of the great Emilian gastronomic tradition, the protagonists of this sandwich.
L’ALPINO: nine-grain bread with bresaola, mountain cheese, sauce with yogurt, artichoke cream and salad. A set of robust and gritty flavors typical of the high mountains.
